Although Google Reader and Bloglines each have its own unique qualities, I prefer Bloglines. Bloglines’ dual html frames offer clarity, simplicity, multiple options, and ease of use when subscribing to new feeds. Google Reader tends to be extremely cluttered with fields of information. It definitely lacked the straightforward and clean cut design that Bloglines generates. The wealth of information provided through the feeds remind me of Bloomberg terminals.
Along my RSS Feed travels, I also decided to try Newsgator. Newsgator was intially difficult to use and did not offer an independent dual frame page. Once again, my preferred method is Bloglines. I will definitely investigate other RSS feeds.
