I think you can opt to restart Firefox later, then install more, opting to restart Firefox later each time. I'm in the Science and Engineering at McMaster and I'd have to say there's not too much silence around here. Sometimes the noise can be quite disruptive but we do our best to keep the volume to a comfortable level. I'm really enjoying the learning 2.0 project.
